There’s something instantly captivating about this uplifting melody, and if played near the end of a concert, this will be the ear-worm piece that annoys the audience all the way home!
My arrangement for 4 guitars is in the same key as the original and it fits nicely onto the fingerboard. The majority of the subtle embellishments in the melody and rhythm in successive verses is captured in Guitar 1, and many of the instrumental motifs are here in the arrangement too.
It makes for a very pleasing and very accessible piece for 4 guitars (or large ensemble), and at the marked metronome speed it runs for a little over 4½ minutes.
