Let It Be (The Beatles) - 4 Guitars

This is a very accessible arrangement of the Beatles' classic "Let It Be", and is suitable for an intermediate guitar quartet or large ensemble.

My arrangement follows the structure and such of the orchestration of their re-mastered version, including the electric guitar break. I've lowered the pitch a little to make much better use of the full range of the guitar neck for the accompaniment lines.

I’ve marked Guitar 1 as "Rubato" to match the fact that Paul McCartney sings with a relaxed rhythm against the fixed beat of the accompaniment.

Guitar 4 is supplied in Treble clef (with the sixth string tuned down to D) and also for a conventional bass guitar or double bass in normal tuning. A few of the notes in the bass clef version are written 8va as they will fit on an octave or electric bass but be too high for an upright bass.

Be sure to add your own dynamics to make the piece come alive and make it "yours"
