What happens when some players would rather play Jingle Bells?
My arrangement of Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer is a little bit of fun - every time the tune pauses for breath, the lower guitar parts try to play Jingle Bells. But the tune always wins and makes a charming little concert piece that will reward the players with chuckles and smiles from the audience.
The introduction (which is not always heard on some arrangements) is in straight timing, but the piece gathers speed and moves to swing rhythm for the rest of the song.
Lots for the audience to listen to and enjoy!
