Although not strictly a Christmas piece, Troika from Prokofiev's "Lieutenant Kijé" has become associated with snow and all things festive. Indeed Greg Lake re-purposed the main theme as part of his "I Believe In Father Christmas".
My arrangement of this single movement from a substantial suite of pieces is based on the public domain orchestral score, and set in the same keys.
It's playable by intermediate players, but matching the speed of the original will need nimble fingers.
In my arrangement, the parts rotate so each player has a variety of low and high notes as the piece progresses, and switching parts goes just a tiny way to mirroring the changing orchestration of the original.
