The first warm May afternoon - what better way to celebrate than with a game of Cricket!

Stansted House was first built in 1688 for Richard Lumley, but was burned down in
1900, and rebuilt, in place, in 1903.
Since 1983 the House and Estate have been owned by Stansted Park Foundation, a charitable trust charged
with the preservation of the estate for the benefit of the nation, and, of course, especially for
the benefit of the cricketers!
